This yummy blend of spicy cinnamon and sweet apples makes a great combination, perfect for the chilly winter season. The creamy energy drink prepared in just 5 minutes.
Ingredients:

1 sweet apple, chopped
- 3/4-inch sliced tofu (1/4 block)
- 1/4 cup unsweetened apple juice
- 3/4 cup unsweetened soy milk (or milk alternative)
- 1 cup raw spinach
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 4-5 cinnamon sticks (optional)
- 1 cup of the our X-MAS-MIX
Preperation:
- Place all ingredients except the granola in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Fill the smoothie in mason jars and add to each jar 2 table spoons of granola on the top for the crunchy texture.
- Decorate it with some cinnamon sticks and serve.
