Cinnamon apple smoothie with crunchy granola

This yummy blend of spicy cinnamon and sweet apples makes a great combination, perfect for the chilly winter season. The creamy energy drink prepared in just 5 minutes.

 

Ingredients:

 

  • 1 sweet apple, chopped 
  • 3/4-inch sliced tofu (1/4 block)
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened apple juice
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened soy milk (or milk alternative)
  • 1 cup raw spinach
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 4-5 cinnamon sticks (optional)
  • 1 cup of the our X-MAS-MIX

 

Preperation:

 

  1. Place all ingredients except the granola in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Fill the smoothie in mason jars and add to each jar 2 table spoons of granola on the top for the crunchy texture.
  3. Decorate it with some cinnamon sticks and serve.
